Fintech in the Middle East and North Africa is flourishing.
Thanks to increased funding, diversification and innovations, and revised regulations, the sector continues to grow.
The Fintech Awards MENA is designed to celebrate the best and brightest players in this community, with our categories covering the full spectrum of the fintech industry.
If you’re a fintech with a story to tell, then we want to hear about it.
Categories
The categories are designed to cover every area of fintech.
Whether your company is into accounting, insurance or regulation, we have an award for you.
Is your fintech the best in the region? How does your crypto match up to the competition? Do you want to boast about your banking tech? We have awards for all that and more.
There’s an award for Data Initiative of the Year and Islamic FinTech Initiative of the Year.
You can also honour your talent and organisation, with awards commemorating the best team, director and rising star.
ESG is a hot topic and high on the agenda for fintechs who want to make a positive impact in the world, which is why we have the Best ESG Campaign Award.
And maybe your company is not a fintech, but provides a service to fintechs. Then check out our FinTech Partner Award, which is open but not limited to, venture capital, legal and consultancy firms.
Credibility
Winning or being shortlisted for an award adds significant credibility to your business, driving home the fact that you are the best, which is great publicity and recognition for your firm.
Entering also gives your business the chance to assess its success. It provides an opportunity to reflect on your strengths, areas for improvement and strategically plan the direction of your business.
An award will also differentiate you from your competitors, cement your reputation, and it’s a sign of quality for potential customers. This will improve your relationships with current and future partners and customers.
Honouring your top performers can boost staff morale, motivation and increase staff retention. Firms want the best talent, and top performers want to work for the top businesses.
Ceremony and Marketing
The virtual ceremony gives you unrivalled brand recognition and exposure to potential partners and customers you wouldn’t otherwise get to meet.
Announcements via social media leading up to, during and after the awards will also provide free marketing and positive brand association.
The FinTech Awards MENA winners will be revealed via a virtual ceremony set to be broadcast on 14 December.
Submissions are open for 2023. The entry deadline is 05 October 2023 and the shortlist will be announced in November.
